2008-2011 Programme Assistant (Colaboradora) - Gender Joint Programme:
1.Establish contact with Civil Societies Organizations, to ensure that their needs are duly incorporated on the UN Women’s projects;
2.Provide all support to the Civil Social organization, around Monitoring and Evaluation;
3. Verify correctness of supporting documentations related to the Gender JP (Joint Programme) and ensure validity of payments in Altas (United Nations accounting system);
4.Make logistical and organizational arrangement for meetings and workshops; Support in organizing the Workshop on Gender Budgeting and 5. Support the organization of the1st Conference on Aid Effectiveness and Gender Equality, in Maputo Prepare and send materials to all participants during and after the conference; n Liaise with demands procurement exercise of goods and services for events and negotiating with suppliers.
